In recent months, our young adult group at St. Vincent’s began gathering by the old parish grill—a once-forgotten brick structure by the entrance gate. It quickly became a favorite hangout spot, where conversations flowed freely, and fellowship blossomed. However, we quickly realized something: this grill was in dire need of some TLC.

The idea came up to repair it, but at first, it seemed like a complicated task. Could we really bring it back to life? Thanks to the determination and teamwork of our young adults, the grill was given a second chance, transforming from an abandoned block of bricks into a fully functional spot where we now gather for cookouts, and community.

No longer just a symbol of the past, this grill has become a cornerstone of our fellowship, where great food and great conversations go hand in hand. We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this possible, especially Luiza, Danny, Jack, and Riley, whose dedication helped turn this vision into a reality.
